When my dad was looking to buy this was the perfect place for him as he still had his own private entrance. There was even room enough to store his scooter which he regularly used popping into town.

Given the flat was in the smaller block, set back from the road, the place was nice and quiet. My dad loved sitting out in the communal garden and he even tended to some of the plants in the raised shrubbery. He liked having the option of meeting up with friends in the communal living room .
