I bought this house as an investment and never had a problem finding a tenant due to the size of the house, parking and the central location.
There are so many shops nearby and walking to Morrisons, Asda or Dover town is so easy from here. Dover Priory train station, with its fast links to London, is also a short drive away for those that need to commute.
