I bought this house because I particularly liked the location. It is close to the town yet on the same road as the Girls Grammar School. I love the size of the rooms and the general feel of the property. I like the fact that a family could live in the main house whilst I could let the lower ground flat below for £400 per month, which significantly helped with the mortgage payments.

The house has been neutrally decorated and is a blank canvas for anyone to move into to make it their own. If you choose not to let the flat out, the staircase can be re-instated to open up access to the whole property, and use it as an even larger family home.
