I have owned this house for approximately 8 years when I made it my first time buy. After looking at so many houses I decided that this was the home for my and my daughter as it was so close to her school and was a nice quiet area. Living here meant that we were in the catchment area for the Dover Girls Grammar school too.

Since owning the house I have decorated throughout as well as installed a new boiler and the open fireplace in the lounge, which is a real feature.
