This was my parents house and it was perfect for our family when growing up here. The handy downstairs toilet saved a few arguments over the years and it was also really useful when running late for school.
Since living in the house my parents installed central heating and double glazing.
I don't have the time to return this home to its former glory so it will be ideal to let another family put their own stamp on it to make it their own.
