I bought this house approximately 10 years ago and it has been a fabulous location for me to live in. Being in the armed forces for a number of years meant that this was perfect.

What I will miss is the friendly nature of the people living in Burgoyne Heights and the green space that surrounds the homes.

In recent years I rented the house out and have achieved a rental yield of £500 per calendar month.
