We had looked at a number of newer developments as we were moving in to the area and thought it would be easier to have a hassle-free move.
This development was, in our opinion, much better than others we looked at. We felt that a garage and parking was a real bonus and as it is only a small development it had an intimate feel that we liked. The ground floor space was fantastic and as we were going to have a lot of people visiting we wanted somewhere great for entertaining.
We haven't needed to do anything internally and the only thing we have done is paint the fence in the rear garden! We'll be sad to go, but family life takes us back 'home'.
