We bought this flat 7 years ago now and one of the things we fell in love with was the location. It's always been so peaceful here and so accessible for the town centre and stations. We also liked the character that a period conversion flat offers and we felt really at home here.

When we decided to rent the apartment out, we were always pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily we were able to do so. It is only that our tenant is moving out that we are looking to sell and in doing so, we are able to offer the benefit of no onward chain to anyone wanting to get in quickly.
