One of the main attractions for us when we moved here was the proximity to all that Dorking had to offer. We knew the location was very good for schools but we also liked having the town on our doorstep. We both work locally too and it has been so easy for getting to everywhere from here. Since living here we have replaced the double glazing and replaced the boiler. We also upgraded the kitchen and bathroom although we would like to do the bathroom again if we were staying. We are looking to sell to take the next step up the ladder to a house but we have given ourselves a time frame to do so. Failing that we will keep hold of the flat and rent it out as we know it will be a good investment.
