It is so convenient living in the centre of town and having everything on our doorstep. In no time at all we can be shopping, grabbing a train to London or just enjoying the bars and restaurants.

For us, the other thing that set this place apart from others was the amount of space it offered. Being over two floors it really felt like a house without the huge price tag that buying a house in Dorking seems to come with.

Long term, we wanted to stay here and take advantage of the excellent schools for our children but due to a change in circumstances, we are now moving on to pastures new.
