We bought this house around 6 years ago. We fell in love with the size of the kitchen/diner and the fantastic location. The fact that it is in a quiet area and had a garage was the icing on the cake.
Over the last 3-4 years we have updated the bathroom, had a new fuse board installed, replaced the garage roof and a new boiler in 2012.
We love the fact that we are so close to Dorking yet just a half hour walk can take us to the top of Boxhill - where the views are amazing.
Sadly we are leaving Dorking as a recent job move makes the commute far too long so we are looking to move closer to work.
We hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
