I moved here over a decade ago as I completely fell in love with the location being so convenient for the town centre and for commuting into London with the stations just a matter of minutes away. The other huge attraction was the fact it had its own garden and I can't tell you how good it is to get home after a day at work and relax outside. I currently use the flat as a one bedroom but you could easily use the dining room as the lounge enabling you to then use the lounge as a second bedroom instead. Since living here I have replaced the boiler and had the front sash windows refurbished. I also had the plantation shutters fitted which have really added to the charm and character. I am now relocating and selling the flat with no onward chain.
