Owners Comments
Owners Comments \"We have loved living here with our 2 children. We have found it to be an attractive, well-built, double-fronted stone/render detached house. There is an enormous sense of space, we're not overlooked and as the corner plot we have space all around us. There is a huge tarmac area to the side, more than ample for 2 cars to park on the drive in front of the double-gates, with plenty of space for children to ride trikes on the tarmac behind the gates. Positioned at the bottom of Thomas Hardye Gardens the views from the front elevation are stunning and a real selling point - looking out over rising countryside views to Came Down. Coupled with the beautiful views our location is great: we're a pleasant 15 minute walk from Dorchester town centre, Borough Gardens and Brewery Square. Plus we definitely find Thomas Hardye Gardens to be a very friendly place with a thriving lived-in feel to the area.We are situated in great Ofsted school catchment area for Manor Park First School, St Osmond's Middle School and Thomas Hardye Senior School, and the Jurassic coastline is only 20 minutes drive. Our house has 4 good sized bedrooms. We have installed a modern kitchen including a cook's 5- burner Bosch Hob and laid natural Welsh slate to the floor throughout the spacious kitchen-diner and entrance area. We have also refurbished to our taste both upstairs bathrooms with power showers and porcelain tiling and similarly refurbished the downstairs WC making it a lovely home to live in.We have front and back garden and a huge double garage for storage. As such this has been a very happy and user-friendly house to live in.House, views, space, and location - we think it ticks all the boxes and will be sad to leave the house but look forward to our job opportunities in a new region. If we could take the house with us we would.\"
