Outgoings

Possession
The sale of the chalet comprises that of a chattel with no legal conveyance involved and therefore immediate possession is available and is on a first come first served basis.

Directions
From our Mablethorpe office travel south along Victoria Road, heading towards Trusthorpe. Continue along the A52, through Trusthorpe towards Sutton on Sea. Travel along Sutton Road and turn onto Bohemia Way on your left. Park and follow the footpath onto the sea front. Turn left and walk along the promenade. You will see the Bohemia beach chalets on your left. No. 47 is towards the end of the beach chalet line.
