Before you move-in you will be charged an administration fee of £300.00 for a maximum of 2 adults (and if required a further £75.00 per guarantor). References and verification checks will not be conducted without this payment. You will also be asked to sign the initial Tenant Offer Form which confirms the properties services, rent and dates due, your personal details and payments required. The Tenancy will not be completed without your approval in respect of the Tenant Offer Form. On your move-in day you will need to provide a deposit of one and a half months rent plus the first months rent in advance in cash unless otherwise paid in advance via bank transfer. There are no check-in fees or payment to register the deposit with The Deposit Protection Scheme. All fees are non-refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property. Saturday/Sunday completions are not normally conducted unless cleared funds are with the agent and an appointment is arranged at least 14 days in advance.
