David Brown & Co is an independently owned company established in 1957. We are Chartered Surveyors, Estate and Land Agents, Valuers and Property Consultants providing a comprehensive service in all property related matters. We are located in the centre of Ipswich and cover the town and outlying villages within a radius of approximately 15 miles towards Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, East Bergholt and Hadleigh. Areas covered within Ipswich include Christchurch Park, Rushmere and Henley Rise to the North, Broke Hall, Bixley Farm and Brookhill Park to the East and Belstead and Pinewood to the South with particular emphasis on flats and homes in the Northgate/Copleston High School catchment areas.
