When I chose this flat I liked it because it seemed a lot bigger than some of the flats I had viewed. I also liked the fact it has it's own entrance which again was far better than sharing an entrance with other flats. The location is very convenient for getting around and it is the ideal place if you want to make use of the M25 or the A2/M2. It is also easy to walk to the station from here. I have had the property rented out for the last few years and I have never had any problems finding a tenant.
