When I was looking for an ideal buy to let property I wanted to find somewhere that was popular with professional people and somewhere where there would always be demand for tenants.

This location is ideal because it is in a great spot for commuters due to the fact that they can easily walk to the station or make use of the motorways.

I have never had a problem finding a good tenant and I have been informed that it is a nice quiet place to live.
