This house has always been maintained to a high standard and in recent years it has had new loft insulation and cavity wall insulation installed. We also upgraded the boiler so the house is always warm and energy efficient.

The kitchen has a number of appliances that, subject to agreement, we will be happy to leave. These include a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The porch was also added in recent times and we have created an easy to maintain front garden.
