We have owned this property from new, almost 4 years now. The reason why we chose this property was because of two things. Firstly the position of the property. You look straight over the whole of Victoria Park and the beautiful Chapel.

In the last year we have had the place let out and it has been a brilliant buy-to-let. Because of the area we had really good tenants who looked after it like it was their own.
