I looked at quite a number of properties before selecting this one. I found that this house had a number of features that I liked and the location was a major factor in my decision to buy it.
The first thing I liked was the fact that it is an end of terrace. This provides easy access to the garden and it also makes the garden a bit wider than some of the neighbouring houses. I also like the kitchen/diner and the layout of the rooms.
The location is very peaceful and there is very little traffic in the road due to it being a cul de sac. There is a good school at the end of the road and it is really conveniently located for amenities such as Bluewater and for the motorways.
