This is a fantastic place to live and we have been really impressed with both the property and the location. We purchased the house when it was brand new, approximately 7 years ago and we were initially attracted to this particular plot because it has 2 parking spaces right next to the property. This is very much like having your own private driveway but without the hassle or expense of maintaining it.
