Vendor Comment
The property was completely renovated between 2002 & 2004. The inside was gutted back to the brickwork and re-plastered throughout. All the ceilings were removed and renewed. The house was rewired, new plumbing was fitted and a new central heating system was installed. Outside the rear of the property has been re-rendered. There has been no building works carried out at the home since 2004.
