Making the decision to leave here has been a tough one, since we began our search for a new house we realised we were lucky to live here as you get a lot of house in a great location.
Commuting has always been so easy, Addiscombe and Blackhorse Lane tram stops are just a short walk away and from East Croydon station London is less than 20 minutes on the train.
Our children all go to school locally and what's nice is that there are plenty of schools to chose from. Space wise the house is fantastic, we really hope that the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.
