When we first moved here, the main selling point for us was the location. Being in Mark Cross, there’s a lot going on whilst also getting that rural position. You only have to travel a short distance into Tunbridge Wells, Rotherfield or Crowborough if you need something more. The kitchen is one of our favourite rooms in the house and believe it has the space for someone to do something really impressive with if they wanted to. I think the house would lend itself best to a family but this is not necessarily just a family home. We spend a lot of time in the garden and the patio area is great for entertaining, being off the conservatory makes this an extension of the outside space.
