When I first came here, it was a great buy simply because of the location. Compared to everything else I was looking at, nothing had the sense of being a bit out of the way which I felt this one had in abundance.
The two double bedrooms upstairs was a big plus as you don’t have that small box room to play with. When I first bought the property I was intending to knock the bathroom and separate toilet into one but never got round to it.
I think the next owner could really get their teeth into making this their own and I’m sure whoever gets it will be very happy here for a long time.
