We first bought the property because we were impressed with the room sizes but mostly it was the potential to make it even bigger. The loft is huge and is crying out to be converted into a couple more bedrooms and maybe a bathroom. We really think this could suit a larger family who are prepared to make it into their ideal family home.
When we did view the house for the first time, there was nothing else we were seeing that had so much space. No other property even came close to this one because we loved the plot size together with how close we were to amenities.
