The house itself is an envious size with it having been extended back in the 1970’s. The lounge and kitchen/breakfast areas which both have views over the rear garden, have been almost doubled in size which makes a real difference. The kitchen area has plenty of room for a table and the lounge is just a great place to relax after a long day at work!
There are four generous bedrooms here which is quite a rarity these days. Usually there is a tiny box room but not in this case, here you actually get enough room to swing a cat!

After viewing a lot of different houses all those years ago, there was nothing that came close with four bedrooms and the general space this one had. Since then we have improved it with an extension at the back to make it into a proper family home! Having a separate dining room is a big help when entertaining visiting family and friends. We enjoy our rear garden as it always gets the sun and is a most pleasant area in which to potter and relax. The rear of the garage has been converted into a small utility area but could be changed back if needed for a larger car There is ample extra parking on the driveway
We’ve been here for many happy years and hope the next owner will enjoy many more.
