What we’re trying to say is how convenient this property is, you can literally walk thirty seconds up the road and you’re in the centre of town. Now the house does come with parking but you won’t have to get the car out often unless you really have to!

Staying on the lounge, throw open the doors and step out onto the lovely rear garden which is ideal for entertaining friends and family. The other plus side is the kitchen/dining area where you can talks to guests whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
The “Jack and Jill” bathroom upstairs is extremely useful and beautifully presented. It’s not often that both the bedrooms have access to a bathroom in a two bedroom property!

The charm of the property was certainly the biggest part of why we bought the house in the first place. On top of that, there were so many extras compared to everything else we saw, we just couldn’t say no!
You don’t know until you have them but extras like a downstairs cloakroom makes the world of difference. Most of the other properties we were viewing didn’t have this and after living here for the past years, we now couldn’t live without it!
The loft room is extremely useful and even though we can’t officially call it a bedroom, we use it as a study and because it’s so quiet, it works perfectly for us.
