When I first came to look at the property, I loved the fact you are in a non-estate location. Down the road you have the local park which is great if you have children and a great pub just up the road.
Having your own entrance is something I wasn’t really bothered about back then, but I couldn’t live without it now. No communal entrance to worry about and that makes a big difference.
Having two double bedrooms is great as well as your own garden to entertain friends when it’s nice outside. I’m sure the next owner will be as happy as I have been here over the years.
