I've been here 15 years and have been very happy over this time. When I first moved here it was in general the space and location that did it for me. Having two double bedrooms is a real help and no real passing traffic apart from visitors and residents makes it nice and quiet here.

I have what was used as an office in the back garden at the moment which could be extremely useful if needed. Maybe if you work from home or just want a decent workshop, it would be perfect.

The separate dining area is also a big plus in terms of meal times and it really has been a great house to live in over the years.
