The main reason we bought the property was the fact we could move straight in and not have to worry about any work or hassle. Any new owner would only have to put their own touches to the house.
The garden is a decent size for us and we love the fact that we can just step out from the kitchen/diner. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen/diner and love the fact it is finished to a high standard. Things like granite work tops are going to be almost impossible to find with the next property we decide to go for!
