When we first came to see the house, we snapped it up straight away. Over the years things have changed as we used to use the conservatory as an entertaining area whereas now it’s used as a kids playroom!

There were many things we were taken with at the first look such as having an en-suite to the main bedroom and plenty of parking to the front. The garage was a real plus point and years ago we looked at the possibility of converting the top part as it’s much larger than average.
