When I first moved here it was a big move but the main parts that the house were much better than anything else I had seen. To be honest being able to move straight into a house and not have to worry about doing anything was a big factor.
A lot of houses just had a box room for a second bedroom and the fact this had two doubles was a really big selling point. Parking seems to be an issue in so many places, so this having two allocated spaces was ideal.
