LOCATION
The hamlet of Crocker End has a number of period and character properties set around a village green. Nearby Nettlebed village was famous for the production of tiles and bricks from the Middle Ages to 1938 and the last remaining kiln stands by the village green. Nettlebed is a stop-off point for the bus service to many of the state and public schools in the area including Moulsford Prep, Cranford House and Abingdon School. The M40 (j6) is about 8 miles distant with the M4 accessible via the A404M about 10 miles away. The surrounding countryside offers miles of outstanding walking and riding.
