Like many people with a relatively limited budget, we were doubtful if we could afford a freehold house in this area so we were thrilled to find this little house in such a nice road, especially with its more secluded location.
We've loved going for walks along the nearby Downs Link and, if we've fancied going out for a bite to eat or meeting up with friends for a drink, it's nice to be able to walk to the village with its pleasant cafe culture and not have to always use the car.
Now that it's time to move on, we hope the new owners will appreciate all the refurbishment we've carried out in our lovely home.
