Additional Comment
A refurbished well presented extended semi detached dormer bungalow. The vendor has redecorated and refurbished throughout. Subject to relevant planning consents there is still potential to increase the bedroom capacity. Craig yr Eos Road has direct foot access to the Heritage Coastal Path and the beach and is within walking distance of local shops and bus stops. In the catchment area for St Brides Primary School and Cowbridge Comprehensive School both with transport facilities. The property benefits from sea views from the Master Bedroom and from the front garden. An internal viewing is recommended to appreciate the size, location and quality of the property.

Vendor Comment
\"A lovely, happy house, can be opened up in the summer for a truly open plan beach house feel or cosied up in the winter with the log fire burning. Just a few steps away from beach, it's a fantastic place to live. I'm selling only due to the fact that my partner, who also lives in the street, and I, have bought a plot of land to build on, the plot again being on this same street! Testament to the fact that the lifestyle here, neighbours, the whole relaxing beach side environment is so lovely we don't want to leave the area. I bought the house seven years ago and totally refurbished it, new kitchen, bathrooms etc but it can still be extended further upwards subject to planning as my neighbours have done, to increase bedrooms from three if required. There's also a detached annex which I currently use as a gym but which has heating and electric so would make an ideal office or further guest bedroom as was used previously. The house would also make a fantastic holiday let. The back garden has a Mediterranean courtyard feel (with its own outdoor hot shower for after a days surfing), and is definitely used as another room in the summer, opening up off the kitchen for bbq's and outdoor entertaining whilst the front garden provides a lovely presentation to the house with its long driveway, decked area, and concealed large dog pen with very large storage shed/dog shelter. I have no chain due to moving into rented accommodation whilst our new home is being built. Whoever buys this house will love it as I do! Back on the market due to previous purchaser having lost their buyer.\"
