As soon as I stepped through the door I knew immediately that this could be our family home. It had a lovely atmosphere, charm and lots of potential. With lots of flexibility we have made many alterations to adapt to our changing needs. We are only the second owners so have been very happy here, extending into the loft in 1976 to accommodate our children. Over the years many hours have been spent cultivating the garden. Fruit trees, bushes and a vegetable plot still help feed the family today. Filled with spring bulbs and lovely mature shrubs, the garden is constantly changing throughout the year but the beautiful roses are my favourites. I need to downsize now but hope whoever buys our home will look after the garden and enjoy the charm of the house.
