I bought this chalet several years ago as a holiday home on the island and have enjoyed many breaks to the peaceful village of Gurnard. We love the fact that when we turn up we have all the facilities on the site and best of all being walking distance to the seafront. Cowes town is a beautiful place to spend the summer months especially when Cowes Week arrives as there is so much atmosphere. We have used the chalet as a rental and have had no issues renting it, which has given us a fantastic income. We are sad to see it go but think this will be a fantastic opportunity for someone to use it like we have over the years but also earn an income. We wish the new owners all the best and hope they love it as much as we have – a very sad sell!
