I bought this home as it was low maintenance, easy to get around and close to sea and these benefits have remained so ever since. It’s a lovely part of town and I have always felt safe and sound here, as well as having a real community feel to it.

The communal garden is a real added bonus and is better than most private gardens in my opinion.
