Picture yourself entertaining friends and family in the impressive kitchen space that, due to the conservatory extension, is flooded with natural light. Each room will show off charming features ranging from solid oak flooring to revealed beams and open fireplaces, beautiful old sash windows that bring the view of the garden inside the home.
Exploring the grounds you are always certain to find something new. Whether you sit and admire the carp in one of the two ponds that you have or watch the natural wildlife ferrying in the several types of trees found within the gardens.
This property is found between the popular villages of Cliffe Woods and Cliffe and next to Cooling, so there are miles of natural countryside that surround you.
Getting the best of both worlds you can enjoy this country setting but be safe in the knowledge that a short drive away you have instant access to the motorway links, that can take you to the capital or coast within 45 minutes.

We moved back to the UK and wanted something that remained private from neighbours but was also easy to get into town. Looking out of the conservatory as a Heron lands, or watching the ducks using our pond to nest is the most beautiful view to wake up to.
The location is great for families as Cliffe Woods has a primary school in addition to Rochester Grammar, Rochester Maths, Kings and St Andrews private schools.
Bluewater shopping centre is a short drive away in addition to Rochester high street with a range of wine bars and restaurants. The Ebbsfleet fast speed line has enabled us to commute to London in 17 minutes.
