Property description
If you were to typify a quaint, cosy, country cottage with characterful period features, then this would be the home for you.
Imagine after a walk along Cliffe marshes, coming in to your warm lounge with a roaring fire and sitting down to warm your feet through whilst enjoying a hot cup of tea.
In the summer time, the landscaped and well stocked gardens provide a lovely place to relax and maybe enjoy a barbecue and soak up some sun rays.
The well laid out kitchen/dining room is a perfect place to cook up your favourite meal after a hard days work.
Cliffe village provides excellent amenities including a local convenience store, primary school, a commuter coach service to London and even a Chinese takeaway!
Within just a few minutes by car you can be on to the Wainscott bypass which connects to the M2 motorway.
To summarise - a lovely home in a picturesque part of the village.
What the Owner says:
We understand these cottages were built around 1870 and we fell in love with ours for all its character and charm.
The rear garden gets the sun all day when it is shining. We are lucky enough to have rear access too.
The open fire is lovely to enjoy in the winter time and the countryside is literally on our doorstep with miles of public foot paths. We have found Cliffe village to be particularly friendly and we are lucky enough to have great neighbours and we are sure the new owners will be as happy as we have been over the last three and a half years.
