When we first saw this house it was everything we were looking for, being close to the local shops and having all of the space I needed for our family.

The other benefit to the property is that it was within the catchment for a few of the very good schools in the area, allowing us to choose the best suited one for our child.

We have loved living here but it is now time for us to move on as our family are now grown with their own children and we would like to be closer to them.
