The layout and size of this property truly blow a lot of other properties out of the water. Every room is a generous size including the 2 bedrooms which allowed me to easily rent out the second bedroom.

A hidden feature is that the building is extremely well built, you only need to turn on one radiator to heat the whole property and in the summer you can swing open the windows and doors to the garden to allow a gentle breeze to come through.

Its a shame to be leaving such a nice block and community but the time has now come for me to relocate.
