OLD CHURCH COTTAGE This former caretakers' cottage has been altered and improved to create a comfortable home with fine views over the surrounding countryside. An entrance hallway has a useful storage cupboard and high ceilings with access to the unconverted section of the roof. OLD CHURCH - KIRKEND Glazed double opening doors with arched fanlight lead through into a spacious living room /dining room with original leaded and stained windows and a wood burning stove with stairs off to the first floor. There is a kitchen with base and wall mounted storage units, tiled floor, corner fireplace and secondary entrance doorway. A spacious bathroom is also located to the ground floor having a white suite with corner shower cubicle. DIRECTIONS From Corbridge proceed northwards up the A68 turning to the left at The Errington Arms towards Chollerford. On reaching the crossroads above Chollerford turn to the right and after one and a half miles at Chollerton St Giles' church bear left towards Barrasford. The subject property will then be found after 500m on the right hand side. From Hexham proceed through Acomb and Wall and at the Chollerford crossroads continue straight across towards Chollerton and proceed as above.
