When we were first looking for houses in this area it was hugely important that we found a location which was really convenient for the family in terms of shops, schools, amenities and transport links.
We were really surprised to find a property within the Courtland Estates that we could afford, so we had no hesitation in buying this house, especially as it is a secluded home in a courtyard setting tucked behind an imposing period mansion.
Our favourite space within the home is actually outside, we love the garden and we feel it’s a real feature of the home, being walled you get a great sense of privacy.
You really get the best of both worlds here, we are only 0.6 miles from local shops and the tube station, making Central London very accessible. Whilst in the opposite direction we are close to farmland, providing a semi-rural atmosphere and pleasant walks.
