What I loved about this house was the mix of both the quiet location but also the fact that Grange Hill station is literally a three minute walk away. That was extremely important for me as I work up in the City.

I love living in the area and certainly during the summer months Sitting out in the garden you can't hear anything apart from the birds singing.

Hainault and Epping Forest are close as well which is very useful. Me and my family tend to make the most of that whenever we can.
