We looked at several houses 18 years ago, but this was by far the best, it had three bedrooms, parking and is on the flat. It felt perfect for us as a young family which we were at the time.
The house represented value for money and it has been a great home ever since. All schools, parks and family attractions are easily accessible so it meant we could stay here for a long time which has certainly been the case.
All of our neighbours are great, some of which have been along here even longer than us which is great for peace of mind. It will be sad to go, but we do hope the new buyers will enjoy their time here as much as we have.
