What first attracted me to this property was the quiet location and the privacy the place had to offer throughout. I really love that it is set back from the road for less noise. You would only drive this way if you are a resident or visiting so not much traffic anyway.

The living area was not only adequate, but also very practical. Having the dining room separate is nice, because once dinner is over I can escape to the sofa for a change in setting.

All of the neighbours are fantastic which I will miss sadly. The local amenities have been convenient, all of which are just a short walk away.
