What really attracted me to this place was it is quirky and also the fact that is detached, which was my main criteria. I had a limited budget, so to be able to find this place was like a dream come true.
Over the last few years I have made several changes which includes having a new shower room fitted, insulation, replastered, sorted both the flat roofs and that is just to name a few. Even the paint on the outside is waterproof.
It is such a central location along here, which is handy for me because from time to time I have to go up to London. It has been a great home and I do hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as I have done.
